Chapter 2
Your monthly postcards
Home is your menu: six new postcards every month, written and designed for your business. Two for cold outreach, two tied to what's happening this month, two built around offers. Pick one to send; skip the rest guilt-free.
The menu
Three things worth noticing:
- Every card is finished. Real headline, real body copy in your voice, your logo and colors, a photo that fits — and the response block (your phone plus a QR code) already in place.
- The names are stand-ins. Cards on screen greet “Katie” or “Michael” so they read like finished mail. When you actually send to your own list, each printed card greets your real recipient by their first name. Neighborhood cards skip the greeting entirely — they're unaddressed by design.
- The mix is deliberate. Cold introductions build recognition, seasonal cards catch timely needs (July = dry-season roof repairs), and offer cards give people a reason to act now.
Fresh every month, automatically
Around the end of each month, next month's six appear — new angles, new seasonal hooks, new photos. Mail works on rhythm: businesses that send monthly build the kind of name recognition a one-off blast never buys. Past months stay in your archive.
Tip
You don't have to send every month, but the included allotment doesn't roll over — think of
it like a gym membership for being known in your neighborhood.
Make a card yours
“Use this” turns a menu card into a campaign you can edit — headline, body, call to action, accent color, photo. That's the next chapter.
