Chapter 1

Getting started

StampSherpa creates and mails real postcards for your business — designed in your brand's voice and colors, printed, stamped, and delivered by USPS. This guide follows one business the whole way through: a local roofing company. Everything you'll see is the real product.

Start with your website

Everything begins on the homepage. Paste your website — that's it. You don't need https://, a designer, or a mailing list.

The StampSherpa homepage with the website field
Paste your website and press “See my postcards.” Free to preview — no card required.

We read your site the way a sharp copywriter would: your services, your offers, your voice, your colors, your logo. Then we design six postcards for this month, personalized to your business — usually in about a minute.

How it works: paste your website, choose who gets it, send it
The whole system in three steps — the rest of this guide walks each one with real screenshots.

Preview before you commit

You'll see all six postcards before we ever ask you to sign up, and signing up is just “continue with Google.” Your preview cards come with you.

Tip The better your website reflects your business, the better your first cards will be. If your site lists real offers or seasonal services, they'll show up on your postcards — we never invent discounts you don't offer.

Pick the plan that matches how you want to reach people

There are two ways to use mail, and a plan for each — plus one that does both:

  • Residence — $199/month. Mail your own list: customers, leads, past jobs. 100 addressed postcards a month included, $2 each after that. Best when you have people to win back or follow up with.
  • Neighborhood — $349/month. No list needed: pick the part of town you want, and we blanket every household on the postal routes inside your circle with a jumbo 6.5″ × 9″ card. Best for getting known locally.
  • Complete — $549/month. Both channels in one plan — reach new neighbors and retarget your own customers every month.

Every plan includes design, printing, postage, and response tracking. Prices and details are always current on the pricing page.

What our roofing company did

The Seattle Roofing Company pasted their site, previewed their six July cards, signed in with Google, and picked a plan. Total time: under five minutes. In the next chapter, we'll look at the six cards waiting on their dashboard.
