Chapter 4

Neighborhood campaigns

The Neighborhood plan reaches every household in the part of town you choose. No mailing list, no addresses, no guesswork. You draw a circle; we mail everyone inside it a jumbo 6.5″ × 9″ card that arrives bigger than everything else in the mailbox.

Draw your circle

The neighborhood map: a dashed circle over the city with a homes slider below
Our roofer's area: ZIP 98144, a circle over the Central District, ~267 homes this send, included in the plan at no extra cost.
1
Enter a ZIP (or tap a saved area). Want the circle on an exact spot? Type any address under “Or center on an address” and press Center. The circle lands right on it, and pressing Center again later snaps it back without changing its size.
2
Drag the circle: move the center to where you want to be known, and drag the handle to size it. The circle's size sets how many homes are reachable.
3
Set the slider to how many homes get this send. The line under it shows your plan's monthly included homes; stay inside it and the mailing costs nothing extra.
4
Send. We handle everything: the postal routes inside your circle, printing, postage, and delivery to every household.

Choosing the exact routes (optional)

Mail carriers walk fixed postal routes, and your circle picks whole routes automatically. Prefer to choose them yourself? Open Route details under the map. The checkmarks mirror what the circle chose; tap any route to add or drop it, and the circle grows to cover anything you add. The homes count and price follow your picks, and the slider takes back over whenever you move it.

How the mail actually travels

Neighborhood mail rides USPS's saturation system, the same channel national brands use to blanket areas. Honest timeline: printing takes up to about a week, and USPS typically delivers over the following 7–14 days. Plan a Neighborhood send 2–3 weeks ahead of anything date-sensitive.

Good to know Because these cards go to every household (addressed to “postal customer”), they skip the personalized greeting; the design opens straight into your message. Your card is also jumbo-sized: 6.5″ × 9″, roughly twice a standard postcard.

Want more homes than your plan includes?

Push the slider past your included allotment and we'll show the per-home price for the extras before anything is charged. One click covers the difference with your card on file. Nothing above your plan is ever billed silently.

Watching it land

A finished Neighborhood send. It progresses Queued → Printing → In the mail; delivery to every home follows over the next two weeks.
